I love Coastal Plumbing. I tried repairing these toilets a dozen times. They came within two days of my phone call. Gave me great advice. I now have two working toilets for the first time in years. I have used them before and will use them whenever I have a plumbing issue. Great personalities too. Polite, friendly and easy going. 5 star!!

Coastal Plumbing is best plumbing enterprise I have used over the years & they proved it again yesterday at my newly-purchased home. They continue to provide top-notch plumbing services at a very reasonable price. Yesterday and in the past, they have replaced everything from garbage disposals, kitchen faucets, shut off valves, shower cartridges and toilets. In addition, Ana Marie has always been courteous in setting up timely scheduled services. They are a family-owned business that clearly cares about their customers. I’m so pleased with the work they did, I had to give them long overdue kudos!

Very pleased with Coastal Plumbing and Gas! From the moment they answered my phone call until they were finished fixing our leaking toilet they were polite, knowledgeable and quick! The cost was more than fair considering the quality of work done. They showed up with a great attitude, explained the problem and solution options, and made the repairs efficiently. I was impressed all along but they really sold my wife cleaned up after themselves leaving the space cleaner than when they arrived. We don't need a plumber often, but we know who we'll be calling the next time we do! Thanks guys!!

I almost hesitate sharing my experience with Coastal. Only because I don’t want them to get so busy that I have a hard time getting them when I need them because they are so popular. A friend referred me to a “guy” named Tony for some plumbing work I needed done. What an amazing experience. Ana was my main contact and she made me very comfortable from the beginning and through out the process. Tony called and walked me through “things to consider” about my project. Anthony and Joseph performed the work. They were real professionals…..pleasant, courteous and thorough. Honestly, I feel like they treated me as there only customer. Based on my experience I wish there were 10 stats to give.

If you need a plumber call Coastal! I was able to get Joseph Stelluti to my home within just over an hour after calling, without an added emergency charge. Joseph was friendly, professional, always letting me know in advance what the cost would be. He not only did a fantastic job fixing my clogged sink and broken disposal, he also fixed my water pressure in all sinks and cleaned the bathroom drain of years worth of build up.

Knowledgeable, professional, hard working. If you are interested in more detail, read on. I called Coastal Plumbing after receiving an $1800 water bill from my water company. As a new homeowner, I have not had to deal with anything like this before and I trusted Google Reviews to find someone in my area. I am glad that I found Coastal Plumbing.Tony and his crew were quick to respond and weren't shy from getting their hands dirty. In fact Coastal Plumbing was the only number I called and had a real person immediately answer the phone. After a thorough walkthrough of my home and some troubleshooting at the meter Tony was able to determine the leak was between my meter and my home. He proceeded to work in the heat and fighting the massive roots of a pine tree to locate the leak in the main water pipe. When Tony and his team reached an impasse they did everything they could to ensure they were working in my best interest and to get my water back on in a timely manner, especially having a new 3 month old baby in my home. Once it was determined that the leak was originating from under my drive way Tony was able to advise me on how to proceed ensuring that 811 was called and lining up the equipment needed to make short work of the repair. All told my time without water was minimal, and I truly feel that I can trust the repair and work I received. Tony was the last to leave the job site and not before throughly cleaning up and ensuring that every faucet, toilet, shower head ect was functioning and clean water was coming out. I will be glad to recommend Coastal Plumbing to anyone in need and will certainly use them in the future should the need arise. As a new homeowner I am glad to have had such great luck finding Coastal Plumbing and find piece of mind knowing that should something happen in the future I know just who to call!! Beware! I will never call this company again! Felt like they were trying to take advantage of my situation. We needed a gas line installed for our dryer when we moved into our new house. Called the office and they gave an estimate of a 1-2 hours at $125 an hour ($250). No mention of a service see for them to come and assess the situation or any mention of additional materials fee. They sent a tech out the next day and he indicated 2-4 hours with about $200 in materials (quick math $450-$700) but needed to send a different crew to give a more accurate bid... had to pay him a $50 service fee. A few hours later a new guy showed up and said it would be a flat $800... based on the last guys number... What a joke! Needless to say I send them away and called another company out that took care of it for just over $350 and they were out the next day!
